Trevor Drake
Our Principal Solicitor, who established Drakegroup and manages all aspects of the business. He has been practicing law since 1992, and has vast experience and knowledge. He has a pragmatic approach to legal resolutions. This is because of his personal work experience. He has not been a solicitor all of his life.
He started work as a machine operator in a plastics factory in Melbourne. He became a clerk for the Department of Defence, before being accepted to train as a Flight Service Officer. This was a position similar to Air Traffic Control. He stayed in this position for 11 years, and studied law whilst undertaking this career.
He obtained his law degree and started practicing as a solicitor in 1990. He brings practical experience and high energy to working with his clients to solve their legal problems.
He has a Graduate Certificate in Insolvency Law and Restructuring, and a Masters of Commercial Law with majors in Insolvency Law.
SEEKERS MIGRATION CONSULTANCY
Seekers Migration Consultancy (SMC) was established in 2003 in Gosford to provide assistance to clients seeking temporary or permanent entry into Australia. At SMC we deal with a variety of visas in particular Family and Spousal and working and skilled visas.

Carolyn has been practicing Conveyancing since 1996. She has significant experience in looking after both vendors and purchasers. She is well aware of the many issues that arise in both buying and selling your home.
She is a good listener, an understanding person, when problems arise, and has extensive experience in problem resolution. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree.
