We charge a flat fee for our professional Conveyancing costs plus out of pockets.
In our experience the out of pockets expenses are usually less than $350.00.

What does Debt Collection cost?
We charge a $55.00 admin fee on all files plus commission on the debt collected.
The commission is calculated on a rolling scale based on the size of the debt.

What does document service cost?
- Local, District, Family and Federal court documents which require personal service and basic affidavit for all N.S.W. jurisdictions for person/company/business located on the Central Coast NSW - $99.00
- Local, District, Family and Federal court documents which require NON personal service and basic affidavit for all N.S.W. jurisdictions for person/company/business located on the Central Coast NSW - $88.00
- Service outside of Central Coast please ring for an estimate.
- Urgency fee add $55.00
- Immediate service/Essential service time – by negotiation
- Special Affidavits – by negotiation
What does surveillance cost?
Hourly rate $132.00.
What will I pay for Legal Service?
The costs of legal services depend on what your needs are and are custom quoted.
The first appointment with our solicitor is $220.00 GST Inclusive.
During this appointment the solicitor will discuss your matter with you and provide you with an idea of what the legal costs will be. These costs are generally charged on an hourly rate and for the work that is done.
There are legal documents and services that are flat fee based.
Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorneys and Enduring Guardians are $165.00 GST Inclusive per document.
If you do all three documents together a discounted price of $440 GST Inclusive is charged.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Eftpos, Cheque, Money Orders, and internet transfers.
We do accept credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa but an additional charge of 3% is added to credit transactions.
